Will a Flat tappet cam setup work?
Will a 350 L98 accept a Flat Tappet cam Setup?

Yes it will, but why would you want to? A roller is so much better than a flat tappet cam.

Wow, that's like $600 US if I'm not mistaken. I feel for you overseas guys.
The isn't any different in peak horsepower between and equally sized flat tappet cam and a roller. There is a difference in power everywhere else in the powerband though. Rollers have much more aggressive opening and closing ramps, which is why the lobes look like rounded off rectangles, rather than triangles. I love my roller cams (I run them in two vehicles, one is a conversion from a flat tappet). It's hard to argue with that kind of pricing though. Where are you shopping for cams?

either real steel in uxbridge england or ultimate spares of america in UK
i have looked at summit and yearone......they look cheap there but its paying for customs this side or paying ups delivery charges which always seem to be alot for some reason.....
are there any others i should know about in the US or europe.like yearone or summit?

You can get a ZZ4 cam from Salle Chevrolet for $95.00 plus shipping to England. You would have to change the springs on your heads. The ZZ4 cam would be a big improvement over the one you have now. Allen

I typically use Summit or Jegs. TPIS is another good place, as is LPE.
