Can a stock baseplate be ported to match the diameter of a set of HiFlow runners?
I know the Plenum can be port matched but what about the stock intake?

if you open up the ports in the base to match a large tube runner, there wont be much surface left for the gasket to seal. and the only way that i know of to get stock base to match the flow of some big runners would be to siamese it. way too many people have put on large runners with a stock port matched or unported base and have either slowed down or saw no performance increase. i am sure others have an opinion about this but i would not advise running the stock base with big runners, but if you have to run the stock base at least siamese it.
