Pic Request: Custom CAI for TPI

Just like it says I'd like to get some ideas together for what I'd like to do. Let me know what you used, how much it cost and what gains you noticed. Thanks

Its not really 'cold air' per se, but if you were to cut a 3" hole in the tray below the filter you could route the filter down to under where the air dam is, and then it would be. Didnt want to hack my car though

I've posted mine many a time but here goes. It is a 3 1/2 inch system with a MAF in the middle. Going to Speed Density early next year and it will be 3 1/2 inch all the way.

Why not use the Stock TPI Intake.. It's a cold-air type induction and flows decent with gutted boxes?

If I had an IROC I would surely do that

Firebirds had a little can with a snout.

Yep, the Firebirds are very restictive. Dyno Don picked up 17 horsepower alone by going to a 3.5" custom cold air intake.
