suggestions for a cam

suggestions for a cam

ok well i got a 85 vette tpi motor and i wanna put a mild cam in it.

what would you guys suggest?

mild ? ZZ4. Its pretty cheap, and is a near perfect match to the TPI setup. Will work on stock MAF tunes as well.

Yep... im running 1.6 roller on the intake and 1.5 on the exhaust. specs out at .505/.510

Being that your motor is a 1985 engine, the ZZ4 cam will not work without spending alot of $$ on retrofit roller lifters, pushrods, reinforced timing chain cover and a cam button.

crane makes some smog legel cams for the tpi they sale them in summit.
they look really nice.
