Its hard to come across a set of original tubes without a ding, i've never had a dingless pair even and ive sold about 10 TPI intakes.

Other options would be larger tube ones (AS&M, Accel) or SLP siamesed ones (lots of room for porting)

I'd tell the ******** at the dealer ship, "hey, this dent was not here before I brought my car here" and make them pay. Not to mention that they ruined a part that is not easy to come by. Every time you turn around, you have to put up with incompetence. Did you bring it to their attention?

Most FI shops should be able to get the dents out. There's also a guy on the "montecarloss" board that can do it too. His name is "ss4ever". Let me know if you want me to contact him.

Ok, the Monte Carlo guy lived in Missouri, so no luck there. TPIS is in Minnesota, so that's not too far.

you can buy steel ***** off ebay made for taking out dents, push them through the runners and they push out the dents.

eBay Motors: tpi 350 305 straighten your tpi runners (item 8076253173 end time Jun-23-06 10:04:09 PDT)

LOL....you see the pic you posted.....Mine have no dents, and they look cleaner. I have my car in car shows. There clean. My friend has my camera. So I cant take pics until I get it back. But if yours are only dented. Just buy those ball things. I dont know if they work but it would be cheaper.

I've used the steel ***** to straighten a couple sets. It gets the biggest part of the dent out, then you'll need to bondo up the smalls and re-paint. I've had good luck with using the aluminum caliper paint. It looks great. I've been running one set for 18000 miles, and they still look great.

Be carful as the 89 up tpi has no cold start injector hole on the runner

second a band instrument repair/ polishing shop can remove the dents.. call a local shop or better yet go in and show them
