Need help with Tpi engine vacuum layout
Can anyone please give me some advice on where i should go for detailed images with labels pointing out where vacuum connectors, coolant lines, electrical connectors etc. where they go/belong and what they ultimately connect to... ive got an 87 tpi 5.0 engine on a T/A and am unable to find this information.. ive reconnected everything with the help of a labeling system but 1 or 2 connectors remain and im not sure exactly where to reattach them... perhaps if u could give me a link to photos of where everything goes.
Ive gone through all the manuals i could but none of them seem to have detailed information, they assume that u already know how everything is / how it goes.
It would really help me get my bird back together asap.

Re: Need help with Tpi engine vacuum layout
Well ive got a couple black hoses running from that thing in the right front corner of the hood ( im assuming it is part of the cruise control system as it seems to directly respond to changes in throttle position) and it splits into 2 lines in the middle of it, on the other side i have a similar hose that also seems to have no corresponding plugs but ill look at what youve sent me and try to go from there
----------
my email is
noqeustions@hotmail.com
are those hoses shown in teh diagram the only essential ones.. if i miss some of the others will the car still run / idle properly?

THANKS SO MUCH!
i think ive got the elctrical back together fine its just those hoses that are tough to figuire out but what is that thing in the right front of the car that acts like a diaphram when the throttle / cruise control cable is actuated? its the one thats got a hose coming out of it that later splits into 2
