Can't you just drill it and tap it a little larger? Then just get a new bolt for that one. Cheaper and quicker that getting a new one.
But if you want a new one just try getting a used one in the classified here like I did. I got one for $60.00, yea it isn't ported but it is good.

If that doesn't work, take it to a welding shop and have them fill the hole and then re-drill and tap. If you are at the right swap meet those go pretty cheap. I think you'd be better off fixing yours.

Just drill it out completetly (off the car of course) and retap. Done!...use the next size up bolt.

Just Heli-Coil it. That way you have all the same size bolts.

Heli-coil it man! Why buy a new one when you can fix your old one so easy? Heli-coils are stronger than the aluminum originally was, so fix it and you will be in good shape!

Heli-Coils require a special tap and installation/cut-off tool if you want to do the job correctly. Steel thread inserts use a standard tap size, are stronger than Heli-Coils, and don't require any special installation tools. If you have room for a full insert, I'd suggest that over a Heli-Coil. If there is not much wall area around the damaged hole, a coiled insert may be the next best thing.

Dan,
Email me about your plenum. I might be persuaded to fix the thread for you if you consider having me port your plenum at the same time! If it cant be fixed (it probably can), I'll sell you a ported plenum in exchange for your bad plenum.

I have one sitting here that's freshly powdercoated in gloss black.
