this run is before the new exhaust system new sticky tires coolant by pass smog removal new runners new thermostat and new three core radiator since i would get to the line and be well over 220* aluminum drive shaft and vette servo

it feels wierd like it has power then it loses power. its like after it gets over that surge it has more power.. it does it though all the gears. i was wondering if maybe it could be the timing at what is optimal timing??

I am have the same problem with my 92 Z28. I know what is wrong with it, just haven't had time to fix it. Below 2500rpms is trash(like you have a larger cam in it or like a torque converter clutch in switching in and out). It is the distributor. The poll piece in it. I have seen a few act like that. it is the worst arouns 1400-1800rpms(light loads). under power it goes away.

could it also make my car act like it has a stall converter in it? cause today it was surging just the same as ever then it started acting as if maybe it has a stall and its stalled around 2000 rpm but then sometimes it doesnt act like its stalled so how much for the distribitr part that u were talking bout do i need a whole new distributor or just the pole piece thanks

When it surges, does the RPM go up or down? I know this sounds like a dumb question but it would help to know.
