TPS after installing new throttle body
I just installed a new motor on my 91 Z28.I have a BBK 52mm TB.After switching every off the the old TB do I need to reset my TPS.Cause it does not seem to want to idle.My new motor is rather x-treme compared to original 305cu.I'm sure the stock chip isn't helping matters none plan on custom programming myself. But thought this would as good a place to start as any.Heres some spece on my motor

YES, reset the TPS voltage. Put it between .5 and .6 volts. Wait, nevermind. You have a 91 model so the TPS is of the nonadjustable type. You don't have to reset it. Unless you replaced the original with an adjustable model.

Check to make sure the throttle shaft screw (phillips head screw on passenger side) isn't contacting the TP sensor arm. I ran into that with the same BBK TB on my 87 Formula 350. I took a dremel with a sanding roll and ground down a few millimeters of the screw head. It stopped my idle (and trouble code) problems. If that doesn't do it, check for intake leaks at the TB. Good luck with it.

If it's a new throttle body, have you tried setting the minimum air?
