I have a 305 tpi motor and wanted to put the fuel injection on a 350. Was just wondering what the dif is between the tpi off a 305 and 350.

 

im pretty sure its just the injectors and PROM

 

Just the injectors and a chip. Get 22lb injectors for the 350 and a new chip and you should be good to go.

Also the knock sensor is different.

I did this swap in May. Everything bolted up perfectly. I have a fully modded 355 tpi and havent even taken out the 305 chip yet!! I will soon though..

Hey formula god, did you ever swap chips? Was there a noticable differance?

 

FWIW not sure what year your cars are didn't see a SIG.But it's to my understanding that 90-92 SD both have 22#injectors.pre 90 were the ones with the 19#.so if your car is a 90 or newer your already set with 22.Just don't want to see spend your money on something you already have.Instead you can use the money to buy some other fast part
