Me too, what do you run right now? We can figure out how much you will need.
I have since added an Accell lower base(ported), SuperRam(ported runners), 24# injectors, Ed Wright chip, 1.6 roller rockers, and have a Yank 3200 torque converter on the way, and have drag radials now.
I ran the 13.7@101 in my sig before all of this on the 356 with stock tpi and a 305 chip, 19# injectors, and with radials.
So I am hoping for high 12s @105 or more hopefully.
------------------
'88 RS (originally 2.8)
-350, .040 over, vette alum. L98s, stock tpi.
-305 injectors & chip
-TES headers & edelbrock cat back
-3.73 gears, 700r4.
Best with 2.8-17.4@77mph
Best with 305-15.0@93mph
Best with 356-13.7@101mph
on a 2.050 60 ft.
(Damn the 2.8!)

I also run 13.700 @103 2.000 60'. This was on street tires w/ the stock chip and 19# injectors. I have the stock 3.42 in the rear.

Is you TPI ported at all? I see it says stock TPI but is it ported? That would help if you ported the intake or went out and bought SLP runners. Then with the upper end apart you can port the lower intake like madmax did on his car. If you want to spend money Miniram, Nitrous, supercharger/turbo. You could get your heads ported. Get a custom burned chip for your car. Also you may want to put larger injectors in there, I am sure you are getting enough fuel now but if you open up the engine to breathe more you will need more fuel. Just some thoughts for you to think about.
You're going to need a stronger chassis if you plan to run 12s and keep the car on the ground. I would buy better springs, shocks/struts, a strut tower brace, LCAs and SFCs. You'll also need to get high flow aftermarket TPI parts, deeper gears, higher stall and sticky tires.

Yeah man we definately need to get your plenum and runners ported. Some sub frames and suspesion work would do wonders as well.
Hey I got a proposition, you help me get into the mid 13s and I'll help you get into the 12s naturally aspirated!

Hey if you want to get into the 12's, get this months Chevy Hi-Performance. They have a naturally aspired 12 second 3rd Gen. build up in there.
My car:
1989 Iroc Stock short block 350
Edelbrock Aluminum Heads
SLP/Summit Cam
Complete Edelbrock exhaust-Headers thru Muff.
Accel Hi Flo Intake & Runners
Ported Plenum
52mm throttle body
Ported MAF
MSD 6AL
3.73's in the Aussie 9-bolt
Suspension upgrade
Best time: 13.5 @ 102 on B.F.G. VR4 street tires

My car runs consistent 12.90's @ 105...Here's the dig...
1987 IROC 355 TPI (T-top)
TPIS Level 5 chip
ZZ-9 cam
Edelbrock 6085 heads
TPIS Bigmoth manifold
ASM Large tube runners
ProBuilt Stage 3 700R-4 tranny
Vigilante 2600 torq.conv.
Stock throttle body w/airfoil
Edelbrock 1 5/8" headers
3" exhaust...no cat
Stock 3.27 rear
Nitto Drag Radials
Stock suspension except for a strut tower brace and poly bushings. Still has the original yellow Bilsteins!
My 60 ft.'s are in the 1.70's..my best, I believe was a 1.73...
Totally streetable and a pure blast to drive...gotta love that bottom-end GRUNT!!
With updated shocks & struts, aftermarket torque arm, lower control arms and a panhard rod, this thing should be in the mid 12's.

Cool Torq!! I like to see nice buildups like that with good results. Do u have more than those things u listed though?? I want to do almost the same, to build an 87 IROC 350 TPI to run high 11's-low 12's (or better) N/A and be streetable and really cool to drive.
It seems like every1 is using that TPIS manifold, it also seems like every1 is getting good results with them too.

The only things I did not mention are the little things like: Accel 300+ digital ignition, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, MSD 8.5mm wires, Accell cap & rotor, 160° fan switch, 160° T-stat...I'm pretty sure that's it.
The ignition mods really do nothing more than enhance the throttle response. None the less, still a good investment.
BTW, I just recently ported my plenum, I haven't been to the track though to see if I gained anything from it...hopefully I'll see another 1/10th...we'll see.
Later.
