MSD 6a Is it worth it?

Would it be worth it for me to get one with what I have? I'd just like to know if there would be a difference in the way the car would perform. Better or worse? I've read some threads on this before and I thought some people claimed to have lost power. Any thoughts? Thanks, Jason

I've noticed an extra 25km better mileage on a full tank of gas.. also, I've had my MSD go dead on me one day right outside the performance shop. Luckily I still had it under warranty. So I ended up driving home without the MSD hooked up to get my receipt. Of course, when I came back to the performance shop, I got a replacement, and reinstalled it in the parking lot and drove back home.

I drove a bit in the city, and on the highway, and the car seemed to have a noticeable improvement in throttle response. I didn't really goose it, because I wanted to test it on just normal driving. So for me, the experience is positive.

I heard MSD suck customer servise wise. I havent had to deal with then so I can't say for sure. I think I am going to try to avoid them if at all possible when I do an ignition upgrade. Besides MSD who would you guys recommend?

Good Question The only track near me is a 1/8 mile track and I've never taken it there yet. I'm hope I can get over to the track sometime next month. As for a 1/4 mile track I can only wish I could run on one
