when i start the motor it will start fine idle for a sec and stall. if i pump the gas it will run but very ****ty and will eventually stall if i let off the gas. also backfires once and awile and has very bad hesitation until it warms up what would cause this engine is 85 tpi with headers.any help is greatly apreciated. thanks Z

 

is this a first start in morning or does
this happen when eve you start it.
possible coolant temp sensor defect, MAF power
relay, or a vacuum leak.
just some suggestions. a scanner should be able
to watch the fuel mixture during start up.
