Bad ICV? im stumped!

Car: 1991 Camaro convertable
Engine: 305 T.P.I.
Transmission: 700 r4
Axle/Gears: stoCk
Bad ICV? im stumped!
Well iv got a problem and cant figure it out,, looken for some help. its a (tpi) 305, v8 1991 soft top
Symptom- at start up, no idle sounds like the choke dosent come on, but sometimesit will run just fine, as other times sound like the choke is on way after warm up. Once after a good little drive the i idle down the road it was soo high it shifted in to 2nd...
i dont know if its electricor what, i just changed the ICV and plugs, soo thats were im at, and i dont know the procedure how to clean the throttall body.

You need someone to put a scanner on it. Could be a bad temp sensor (among other things).
