350 tpi problems
well i decided to cut my plenum to match up with my slp runners, and now when i start the car it idles at @ 2000-3000. i have no clue, i have checked all connectors, wires and vacuum line and nothing seams to be wrong with them.

I had a large vacuum leak at the plenum/SLP runner surfaces and my engine would idle at 2200rpm. (In my case, the runners were on the wrong sides.)

You probably messed up the gasket on reinstallation. I've done that before, and have also put the runners on the wrong side, as said above.

thanks for all the suggestion, and the gasket was messed up. i really didnt think that a small chunk (maybe 1/4 in) would really make it idle that high.
