throttle body whistling

Car: 88 T/A, 03 cobra
throttle body whistling
Car is 100% stock. Owned it for 2 yrs and TB has just started whistling right off idle. It's driving me nuts . Pitch changes as i crack it open more then goes away at about 25% throttle. I pulled intake tube and checked it, clean any build up on TB and blades. Whistle still there. Any ideas?

Wear at the throttle plate bushings causing a vaccum leak?????
