Re: INJECTORS!!!
An engine runs (well) because it maintains a good air/fuel ratio. During normal operating conditions it maintains a 14.7:1 air/fuel ratio. During wide open throttle it runs a little richer. If you put a set of 42# injectors into a 350 engine (without a SERIOUS power adder like supercharger or turbo), the engine will never be able to suck in enough air to maintain a good air/fuel ratio. Even for a 383ci engine with no supercharger or turbo, a 42# injector is way too much. You'll lose power and blow unburnt fuel out the exhaust as black smoke. Stick with 24# or 30# injectors and then a custom tune.
It's like the fat guy at a buffet. Feed him too much food and he's fat, slow, and will pass unwanted gases.

Re: INJECTORS!!!
IMO Bosh makes best injectors.
hard to tell how much fuel your monster needs till it fires up...
you will need a Adjustable fuel pressure regulator AFPR
you will need a new chip made.
you might need a heated O2 sensor
headers and a nice exhuast is needed too...
google injector calculator basicly get the injector for the horse power your hiting
or run a holly carb...

Re: INJECTORS!!!
If you go with such a high flow injector, expect your tuner to raise the minumum idle several hundred RPM because he won't be able to get the engine to idle well.
Your engine cannot flow enough air for 42# injectors.
