tps voltage discrepancy scanner vs. voltmeter at engine

I recently recent my tps voltage at the tps with a voltmeter, set it to .54 volts. Now my scanner shows it at .47 volts, so the computer is thinking is different. Which one do I trust when setting it, what the computer thinks or the actual voltage reading up front?

MAF TPI set up? If so set it with the ECM value. That way it is set to what device is using the value.

The difference between .47 V and .54 V isn't that much. And is to be expected when using the two separate devices to read the voltage.
