Hose clamp.

Any hardware store would have them.

Re: tpi air intake boot

Problem with hose clamps is that the OE boot has raised ribs that intersect with the clamps.

I still have my stock boot and clamps. Don't need them anymore since my hi flow air lid takes 4" hose. Place a parts request on the "parts wanted" board in the classified section. I have gotten quick response on that board before. If no one close to you has it. I'll sell you mine. Don't know what it's worth or where you are for shipping.

Re: tpi air intake boot

Mine has hose clamps on the throttle body to the boot, and the boot to the MAF, but has another kind attaching the MAF to the air cleaner intake that couples the flanges together with little teeth that lock the clamp together.

Is that the kind you are asking about?

I had a heck of a time getting that one back on after replacing my MAF and thought I was going to have to get another, and also wondered what to call it or where to get it. If you can't get an OE one, I have wondered if this thing called a "tri-clamp" would work?

If so, might be able to get one at a plumbing store.

Look in the junkyard. Lots of cars use them.

So ten years later I have the exact same problem, did you ever find one (or found out what it's called)?

I did end up finding one. If you’re on Facebook there’s a third gen group called Third Gen Camaro and Firebird. There’s a guy on there always parting out third gens. I believe he was from Connecticut, he shipped me one. I hope this helps.

These are referred to as "dog ear" clamps. i cant seem to find these aftermarket anywhere. my shop specializes in restoring these cars and I have recently stumbled on the fact that the MAF is clamped to the intake.. LSS.. I am currently looking for a resource to get these in for our shop as they usually come to me with out the clamp at all.
