tpi engine stalling out

tpi engine stalling out
HAVE AN 91 L98 52,000 MILES RECENTLY REPLACE HEATER CORE AT LOCAL SHOPP GOT IT BACK RAN FINE FOR A FEW DAYS AND NOTICED A SLUGISH KINDA FEEL WHEN I GAVE A LIL GAS TO BACK OUT THE GARAGE ALMOST KILLED THE ENGINE BOUT IT DIDNT DIE RIDING DOWN THE ROAD I FEEL A SOME LIKE JERKYNESS IN THE CAR... ALSO MY CRUISE CONTROL ISNT WORKING ANYMORE HAD NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS UNTIL IT GOES TO SHOP,,,FOUND THE FPR VACUM LINE DISCONNECTED AND VACUM LINE FROM THE TB TO THE REAR OF PLENIUM ,,, IT HAD AN INLINE CONNECTOR 2 INCHES FROM THE TB AND IT JUST HAD A PIN HOLE IN IT, CHANGED THAT OUT SLUGISH PROBLEM GOT BETER,, STILL THERE AND NO CRUISE CONTROL.. MY HEAT VENT STAY ON DEFROST NO MATTER WHERE I SIDE THE SELCTOR AND EVERY THING WORKS ON THE AC SIDE ,,, TURN HEATT ON AND THE SLUGISH PROBLEM IS WORSE..

take a look at the vacuum lines on the passenger side of the plenum. One goes to fuel pressure regulator ,another to the map sensor, and the other should be vacuum for your heater.

Follow the vacuum line from the cruise control servo. It should lead to a one way check valve. Make sure all vacuum lines are connected to it. There should be 3 lines if I remember right connecting all of those should fix your vent problem and the cruise control problem

without the vent vacuum line connected. Your system will be in default mode and constantly blow air out of the defroster.

Hi guys..
I unmounted the quadrajet and egr.
Seems that i messed up the lines too. Has someone a diagram wich line has to go to what place?
I also hear a whistle when i turn on the heater, which is depending to how much I press the pedal (no matter if neutral or driving)
Would be great!

so is the vent vacum line your referring to where is its location of it

sounds like the shop didnt put it back tg properly, thats why you should do everything yourself

thanks for the help....the problem was under the dash,,,stterring colum was pushing up on vacum line thatsconnected to the same bracket as the brake light switch is mounted too,,,both where broken from the up pressure,, fixed and running great,,,, (brake light switch was also broken)
