L98 falls to idle when WOT

What do you guys think is going on here?

The fuel pressure checked out fine, and does not fall when the RPMs drop.

The TPS checked out, and I tried the MAF from my IROC.

Any suggestions?

Have you ohmed the injectors warm ?
You might want to check timing as well. Is the check engine light on ?

LOL I thought of the injectors right after I posted.

Didn't really think of them since the car only has 13k, but you never know with Multecs....

#7 Injector 6.3 Ohms

#1, #2 and #5 16.5 Ohms

Hook up a scanner and watch TPS % when youre flooring it.

Not sure what you mean by "TPS checked out".

But I agree with Pro here... take a look at and see what the TPS is reading at WOT. Engine off, key on, it should go from ~.54 at closed to ~4.5 to 5V at WOT in a smooth transition.

No Multec injectors are good. Every time I get a car in the shop with them that has a problem I replace them before I go any further. I don't diagnose ANYTHING that still has multec injectors, I've seen them do goofy things so many times it's just not worth it to keep them and always wonder if they are any good.
