Help with code 54 now
my code 36 is gone

Check the voltage at the ecm b2. B2 would be if you have a 86-89 tpi maf 1227165 ecm. The ecm monitors fuel pump voltage there. It could be a bad splice on this circuit or the ecm.

I have bbk underdrive pulleys and when I first used them 2 years ago it ideling didn't spin the alt fast enough to charge the car and it wouldn't start
so it was 12.2
so I got a way smaller alt pulley from a guy at a alt rebuild place by fluke he had one and I used it it was 13.5 to 14.5
I started getting the code 54 years ago after I put on those bb

an update
I bought a new fuel pump relay and so far no code 54
so im happy time will tell.
