TPiS Mini Ram Porting and 113 heads.
Doing a project for myself. '86 IROC with a '91 L98 engine. Decided to port the heads and use a mini ram. Converted the heads to 8mm 2.00/1.570 valves and used a LS drop in kit. Erson 226/234 camshaft. Should be a nice little fun ride!

Nice, did you get any b4/after numbers on any of it? I did a set of 113s almost 20yrs ago and we picked up 6/10ths in the 1/4 over the stock 87 350 iron heads.

Right off the car to the bench .100-.700 on 4.00 fixture
Reworked with 2.00/1.570 .100-.900 on same fixture
NO PIPE on either

How much does that texture on the intake side help? Never seen it before. You still post on the bullet?

@Gd here is the flow numbers on a set of 128s I have that were changed from square port exhaust to d port. I’m sure the 113s ported here flow more.

Honestly, I wouldn't spend the money on them if I was a guy that was looking at heads. So much better stuff out there. I did it because I do this and I had them. If I did it all over I would put set of Pro-Filer or something like that on it. I still would have ported them. Just have a problem not touching something! lol
