Engine starts, high rev, then stalls after TB cleaning

I recently bought an 88 IROC with a 350 TPI swapped. Otherwise it's completely stock. I've been going through the car since buying it and one issue was stumbling at part throttle while cruising. I figured I'd go the cheapest route first and clean the TB and sensors/plugs.

Throttle body removed and cleaned but I left the IAC and TPS attached. I cleaned the connections to the IAC, TPS, IAT, and MAF. While apart, FWIW, I did cut up and open the bottom of the intake box in the bumper.

Throttle body was placed with a new gasket, bolts torqued, vac line and all sensor hooked up appropriately. Started the car and it reos up towards 2500 rpm and then quickly idles low and stalls out. Trying to rev it sit it at a good idle speed makes it sporadically go back up to 2500, then, again, idle down quickly and stall.

I took it all apart and made sure everything was together quick and did the exact same. I havent touched anything else on the car besides that.

It's late now but was thinking to reset the IAC and then check the TPS. No CEL seems to be popping/no ability to read the code if the light is just out right now.

I appreciate any advice in advance, and this is my first post, but I've been lurking on this forum and have found a lot of awesome information so far.

Could possibly be an MAF I guess too since I doused that in electronic cleaner when it was apart. Doesnt look like the hot wires were damaged at all though.

No, but I found the issue. When i put it all back together, the TB gasket fell and well, half of the airway was being blocked lol. So, put it back correct and running perfrct after.
