TPI fuel line o ring flare

Anybody have a flare tool to do this style of flare? Or know where to buy a cheap one to do the GM o ring flare? Trying to make new hardlines to meet up to the factory rubber lines and need to make this flare on the end

Do you have a part number? Is it a real expensive setup?

Mine has several attachments, but you can get just the o-ring kit.

Re: TPI fuel line o ring flare

If I boxed up and shipped my hardlines I bent up for my T ram, and the tube nuts, is there any way I could talk you into flaring them for me?

I’ll shoot you a note, and take some pics of the lines I have bent up and we will see if it’ll work! You can copy my lines for yours if you want

Re: TPI fuel line o ring flare

I measured the die is 1 3/4 long plus you have the distance of the tube nut I’m not sure what that is I don’t have any laying around.
looks like you have some flare on the tubes so you will loose some when that’s cut with a tube cutter.
