Hello, I recently purchased an 86 T/A with the 305 TPI as my first project car, however I can’t get it to stay running. I’ve tried putting in the following
-Fuel Pump, Sending Unit, Tank, and Filler Neck (which all is not getting power unless I run a wire directly to it)
-ICM
-Plugs and wires
-TPS
-Fuel Regulator
-New Fuses
-New Fuel Pump Relay
and even tested to see if I’m getting fuel to injectors (I am). Any help or info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

"Won't stay running" implies that it does run, if only briefly. Komet has the right idea - A little more detail and it will be a lot easier for us to point fingers at what should be checked.
She’ll crank and start with ether for a couple seconds before dying, I haven’t got to test the pressure yet, waiting on my gauge to come in tomorrow, I plan on taking an ohm meter to the injectors today, since yesterday was the first day I got to use my NOID set.

85/86 TPI was flat tappet cam. 85 TPI was a L69 5.0L H.O. long block with TPI induction and 86 was a LG4 5.0L long block with TPI induction. 86 had the weakest cam ever put in a TPI engine.
As to your first question about PnP, although it looks similar- it's quite different and a DynamicEFI ecu is a compliment or possibly a must have. There is no EGR. I didn't like his mono TB, all my fuel rails and AFPR and bored TB are stockish. I had an old Edelbrock TBI to MPFI conversion kit- if I had Rob's ecu, it still would be on the truck. Be mindfull you are going for torque- probably be disappoint in hp although I have a very mild roller cam.
