I have a 91 z28. I am converting my fuel lines to -6 an ptfe lines. Can someone tell me what I need to connect a -6 ptfe hose to the stock hard fuel lines located on the driver side frame rail. Thanks in advance.

 

It'll take a lot more than 3/8" hose to support the flow of cow farts to run your engine.

 

Not sure what the cow line is all about. I'm choosing to ignore it.
EAR-9894DBHERL and EAR-9894DBJERL are the adapters for changing metric fittings to -6an

 

That's what kind of fuel comes from a stockyard by the riverside.

I actually just did this two days ago on my 99-02 plastic tank swap in my 87 IROC. I used jegs pro flo hose instead of ptfe but it should be mostly the same. I didn’t really trust the 35 year old rubber soft line that’s crimped onto the 3/8 feed line so I opted to remove it rather than use the -AN to metric fitting. I just cut the stock supply line rubber soft hose off right below where it crimped to the OE hardline. I used a 3/8 tube to -6AN Male fitting. It’s an Earls fitting rated for 250 psi, Jegs Part Number : 361-AT165006. For the hose side you’d need a PTFE -6 hose to -6 AN female swivel fitting. For the return I cut the fuel hose barb off of the line and used a similar -6 male to 5/16 tube fitting, only rated for 55 psi. Below you can see both the supply and return for my TPI. Came out pretty good.
