Is this sign of fuel pump going out
Hey Guys - Had not started my car in a few weeks and when I turned the key the fuel pump sounds a bit sick. normally is pretty loud as it primes before turning the ignition all the way to start the car. the other thing I can think of is the fuel tank reads 1/4 tank and not sure how accurate it is. battery is good and fully charged. was going to take her out this weekend but now I'm afraid of having to call a tow truck.
btw - fuel pump was replaced in 2016. not too many miles on it, maybe lots of starts in the garage, but nothing overwhelming.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it, see if it's delivering what it's supposed to. Maybe tape it to the windshield and go for a short drive.
