upgrade is stuck: I removed ALL the Plenum bolts, can't remove it!

Friends,
I'm doing an injector upgrade and a Throttle Body upgrade. (YES i have a custom tune on my MS3PRO and I have my tuner standing by to tune the car.)
But. I have removed all 8 bolts (and even some extras), following the directions (my car is a 87 IROC) found here: https://www.thirdgen.org/injectorswap/

But the plenum will not budge, i cannot get it to move and so i've moved on to removing the runners and see if that buys me anything (but sadly, one of the runners has an inside bolt to it that I cannot get to).

SO. Does anybody have any suggestions??

Brian

Smack the plenum with a dead blow hammer if bolts are removed from the sides.

Stick a long bar or jack handle through the throttle body holes and pry upwards or even hitting the handle with a hammer
