AC DELCO AFS74 1995 CHEVROLET S10 PICKUP V6 4.3L 262cid GAS FI N Engine VIN = Z
I just got one from Rock Auto Parts (do a web search for prices) but I haven't installed it yet.

25176708 is the PN for the LT5 Vette, it also fits 93 GM W bodies.
AC-Delco # AFS74 is half the price, though. The GM long# is 25312179. This is used in 94-95 GM Light Trucks.

Hey everyone. I got the O2 today and it has 3 wires and a plug. One purple and two brown. I know that the purple goes to the )2 wire, but does it matter which of the brown wires is negeative or ignition. did yall get a plug that will fit into the plug they give you or just cut the wires?
Thanks

When I wired mine I soildered in a hot lead from the fuel pump relay, its in a convient location for this and can hadle the extra load. I used a two wire water proof connector with a waterproof fuse case on the hot side. These were both got at radio shack for a couple of bucks. And no, it doesn't matter which lead you use for hot, GM's normally pretty good about that stuff.

So, what are the benefits of running one of these sensors as opposed to factory? I have heard some discussions about em, but Im still not very clear. Thanks guys!
