cam questions???

what all needs to be done to a motor if i want to put a mild cam in it????

A mild cam usually means that your lift wont be raised beyond the point of needing new springs

however if its an old worn engine you're due for springs anyways

basically you just change the cam and lifters (if flat tappets) or you reuse the rollers. And possibly springs


you'll need to replace a few gaskets to

water pump, valve covers, intake manifold, timing cover, and possibly pan gasket if you really tweak it.
