I'd say if you hae any kind of mechianicial skills at all you should be able to install them.Once you have them installed you'll nee a shorter belt.I just routed a piece of string around the pulley the same way as the belt goes and marked it and took it to the parts store and had it matched.Summit and jegs carry March Underdrives for about $170 or so.

Check around some of the underdrive kits come with a new belt to save the hassle finding a shorter belt.

unless your strictly at the track i would look elsewhere for improvements.....very few have had really great things to say about them.

just to give you a different point of view to think about.

Don't waste your money if you drive the car on the street frequently.

Agreed, they aren't worth it. Many also have BS with them after they are installed.

not worth the trouble
unless you are reving the motor into the 6-9k rpm range you are not going to gain much
maybe 1-4 hp

and that is a big maybe

even on my wankle which I spin to 7600-7800 rpms before i shift when racing would not do that much different with them

i installed the march 3 pc billet set on my last 91z28 and went through 5 altenators in a month. it was a 350tpi with auto. pulleys are not what people hyped them up to be. 15hp my ***. maybe 5. you will almost always have charging problems. i got mine more for the billet look in my engine. when my silver z28 burnt. i didnt even bother taking them off.
