Dana 44 IRS

Hey guys,
I just bought a corvette dana 44 rearend.

I am pretty sure on how to do almost everything to put it in but I have a few questions.

The rearend has a 4 link system linking the rear spindle to the body/frame. Anyone know how to bolt it in so the tires are alligned?

thanks:hail: :hail: :hail:

correction

I know I am not the first to put a corvette rear end in but to my knowledge I am the first to do a dana 44. Most people, well I have only seen 2 others, have done a dana 36. There are more 36s out there but they are weaker.

I doubt there's much any of us can offer you. I'm sure it will present many interesting challenges and you will rise to them all. Let us know how it turns out when you get done.

if it was a drag car, there's a real good chance...almost undoubtedly, that it was NOT an IRS, they require too much work to meet nhra specs and i don't even think they can be ran at all past 10.90 (10.99?). I think past that requires a conventional axle...
