clutch problem???

clutch problem???
I just finished putting in a new transmission in today, and I went to drive it and it wont go into gear, but if you put it in gear than start the car it starts moving. I had this happen about 1.5 years ago and i replaced the whole master/slave cylinder assembly. Does anyone know how to fix this without me buying a new one?

sounds like the clutch isnt releasing, did you bleed the slave cylinder? did you put in the correct throwout bearing?

the throw out bearing is the right one, and i did put it in properly and i tried bleeding the slave cylinder and it still doesnt work. I heard that it might be the clutch pressure plate or the syncronizers in the tranny, anyone heard of this?
