Clutch wont disengage

Ok i just got done putting in a 350 in my 91 RS, it had a 305 before, and i was getting ready to take if for a test drive, and the clutch pedal was soft and clutch wouldnt dissengage, so i blead the slave cylinder. It still dont dissengage, and i try to bleade it again, and all of the threads on the slave cylinder are gone. so i buy a new borg warner slave cylinder. get it all blead, the pedal is nice and stiff. i go to take if for a test drive and it still doesnt dissengage, what could be wrong. I have a 1991 RS with the 5 speed, and i dont know what could be wrong. I converted it to a non computer controlled carb and distributor runs great, but it doesnt move

What can i do to make it drive able agian.
