Alright 3 questions:

1) What does your car max out at? (700r4's only!)
-list auto or manual
-list engine size and type
-list rear end ratio
-list if it was in 3rd or OD (upshift kit)
-don't list unless you actually had it COMPLETELY maxed out (no BS......f-bodies don't go 200mph)

example:

This is me: maxed out at 131mph (GPS certified)
-auto
-350 tpi
-2.73 rear
-in 3rd,....no upshift

2) Is anyone running an upshift kit? How hard are these to install? Do any shift kits come with an upshift built into it?

3) Any guesses on what'd I'd hit with an upshift kit? I have 3" exhaust, cam, headers, chip, etc...

Do some reading on the net on this subject.

CC had a stock 90 IROC up to 144 mph on a 3 mile course.

 

1985 IROC Z, 305 TPI
Cat/Exhaust and free mods. STOCK MOTOR.

145 MPH Speedo that seemed accurate when comparing to other vehicles, the needle went well past the 145 mark.

90 formula 350 TPI (OEM 700r4) when car was stock (except new fuel injectors)
3.27 gears
stock tire ratio
stock 700-r4
Did 130+ mph in 3rd gear.
Lifted let it shift to OD then I put it about 1/2 back down... maxed 145 speedo and dropped around 1 inch to 1 1/2 below that. I lifted then I think I was around 4500 rpms or so.

 

120 in second gear 700r4 and 2:73

 

I can the 4500 rpms through the MPH generator tech equations and I got 155 mph. It still had more left but it was becoming a snail in acceleration... I haven't tried it since I got a feeling my 9.5 inch ACT stall will slip a little bit till I get going fairly decent.

Got it up to 135mph 2 weeks ago, it just took awhile to get there.
I was running against a friend that has an 88 GTA 305TPI 5 speed with headers and catback.

 

That quote is completley false. I have video footage of one doing 215mph. Banks had an 82 that would do 220mph also.
