Really hard neutral to drive shift

After I start the car and go through reverse, and neutral, as soon as i get into OD, its a 700r4, the car almost jumps forward, its not a high idle, idle is about 650-700. Could it be a loose tranny mount? Or a shift kit? Cause it is definantly a really firm shift. Thanks for any help.

Sound slike you need to adjust your TV cable. There is too much pressure at idle, you need to loosen it up. Have it adjusted at a shop the right way, and have them show you how to do it.
