700r4 question

This question has prolly been asked before, but, Is there a way to delay the 1st to 2nd shift? If so, how? AND, Is there a way to go into overdrive at WOT? I don't want to have a custom job done, I just want to be able to take a little more advantage of the low end power of my little V6..thanx

GM part #8673948 (B-Car Fix) allows a full throttle upshift into OD.
I would also install an RV stage shift kit.
