Drag Radials + T-5 + 10 bolt=You decide (should I?)
I am going to compete in a "Camaro King of the Hill" bracket event this weekend at my track and I am debating whether to run Drag Radials or not. I have a WC T-5 and a 10 bolt with richmond 3.42's and a Zexel-torsen diff, stock driveshaft. I will be getting 235/60/R15 DR's if I get them. I am worried about something breaking so that's why I have been running streets, but they suck and I have no freaken traction with them. I have til thrusday to decide, so I want everyone's opinion whether I should get them or not.
BTW: My actual ET's this weekend will be in the 13.3-5 ish range since I will be at 5500 feet, so the there will not be as much strain on the drivtrain as at sea level.

heads up or bracket racing?
if its bracket racing, and you can be consistant on streets, then just keep them as is.
if your 60's change alot, then run the DRs, but launch like streets... you'll be more consistant, and not stress the drivetrain much more..
if its heads up, might as well run them.... as long as you can afford parts if (when) you bust somthing.

Just spoke to TexasLT1 and he seems to be doing ok with a stock T-5 and 10 bolt and DR's and he is running 12's too. I have decided to just run them like streets.
Anyone else have experiences with breaking something with DR's?
