ok, i dont know what the hek is going on lol, but anyways, when i take of hard, it feels like the tranny is hitting the floor board, i think it is the mount but im not sure, can that be a sign of it slipping also? can anybody help me out
man i wish MY problem were this simple, anyways, yeah .....its not slipping .... --as you breath a sigh of releif-- its just the tranny mount man.
get the energy suspension one, it helps a TON.... pretty easy to replace.....just grab a jack, a nice wide piece of wood....flat sheet.....jack board up to the tranny pan , remove the 4 cross member bolts....the 1 tranny mount bolt, remove the cross memeber, take off the 2 tranny mount bolts on the tranny, ....installation is in reverse.... easy fix man

Yes, that souds like a classic case of a broken transmission mount. You don't need to remove the crossmember though, all you have to do is just jack the tranny up enough to get the old tranny mount out and the new one in.
