You've got the shifter cable circled there. The lever it attaches to could go by several names. Shift lever? Manual shaft lever? Selector lever?

It's pretty easy to replace. The cable runs from the bracket on the transmission through a grommet in the floor to the shifter. It might take a few tries to get it adjusted properly, but it's not that big of a deal.

If you have the the shifter and the transmission in neutral whene you tighten the nut that attaches the cable to the slotted lever it should be properly adjusted, but sometimes things like to move when you tighten the nut so it might take a couple of tries.
