t-56 problems

ok guys got the tranny in the car for the 2nd time. i bought a new master slave assembly. my problem is it will go in to gear at a stop but when im moving and try to shift it grinds. the tranny is supose to only have 3k on it and i would believe it so i dont think it is the syncros. the only other thing that i can think it is is maybe im not getting enough clutch travel?????? any help would be nice. thanks Sean

ok guys i did bleed it out and there wasnt any air in it. it is still doing it. if i dont get on it it shifts but if i get on it it grinds??????? starting to sound like syncros????? i am so lost . and one other question with the pedal pushed al the way in should the rod go all the way down to were it turns from copper color to silver color. hope that makes since. looking for something simple. and also it is making a funny noise if i push the cluch all the way in. everything is new so that cant be it. is there a special way the clutch fork to go on the piolet bearing?

update, well here it is think the synros are toast. it grinds from 1st to 2nd on acceleration only then down shifting from 4th to 3rd 3rd to 2nd 2nd any ideas on how much this would cost to get fixed? or if you think that is what it is?

there isnt any bleed screw. you have to take it out, put the master cylinder in a vise and hold the slave cylinder at a 45 degeree angle, with the cap off pump the slave till you dont see any air bubbles, then pump the actuator that conects to the pedal till you cant move it any move, then repeat the slave cylinder steps. took me about an hour or so to get it all out. and yes it did help.
