I've gone through two 145 MPH Speedo Heads and have had the same problem. Everything has been calibrated, the needle sits on the small white mark. Then after rolling up the road, and then coming to a stop, the needle comes down and sticks at 5mph If I jiggle the odometer reset **** it falls back into place. I thought I was unlucky with one, but two??? I have a good cable, no kinks, took it apart and greased it.
