So I’m hooking up my new kick down cable for my th350 transmission and when I finally get the cable hooked up to the hook in the trans mission the metal hook does not retract in like it should. It was pulling back into the transmission right up to the point where I finally get the cable hooked in and the when I let go of it id did not budge???? Did I break it or what? Any help would be great. I’m new to the transmission deal so I’m not sure where to go from here.
