T5 trans-bell mount bolts
Are the stock T5 transmission to bellhousing mounting bolts have a torx head?
I had to buy bolts from the hardware store and you can't get the socket on a hex socket very well for the upper PS bolt due to the case (had to thread in most of it by hand - will not be fun to get out after it's been in there a while. I came across something that suggested that they should maybe be torx bolts so I will have to see if I can find some.

maybe a allen head bolt? make sure its a hard bolt.
Re: T5 trans-bell mount bolts
Yeah, the stock T5 mounting bolts are both. They're hex head with an internal torx. 15 mm hex IIRC, and like T45 or T50 internal torx. Of course if you can't find any stock ones, I'd just do as suggested above and grab some grade 8, internal hex style bolts. Those would do the job quite nicely.

Thanks guys - I ordered some yesterday from GM. A little pricey at $6.50 or so a piece, but not too bad.
