Lose the ALL CAPS. Makes it EXTREMELY HARD TO READ; and even worse, it makes it look like YOU ARE SCREAMING AT US ALL THE TIME LIKE IT'S OUR FAULT.
If it's one of the top ones, get it from above with a box-end wrench.

the only thing that i can say is take your time. if you round off that bolt, your F*&#ed!. try a 12 point? one thing iv done in the past is get a socked that you are willing to sacrifice, put some sort of glue in the socket, push the socket onto the bolt head, let the "glue" dry, then try to ratchet it out? sometimes it works, just dont round it off!

cant reach it with a box

If your particular box won't work (like if it has the wrong offset or something), go to the store and get one that has the right offset. You want one with just a small angle, like 10° or so; and turn it around so the handle is toward the front of the car, not toward the firewall. You may also find that jacking the rear of the motor up a bit will help DRAMATICALLY.

For future reference, a really long extension and one of those flexible u-joints are your best friend when it comes to getting those top BH bolts. I've got a 3 ft. long Snap-On extension that has a wobbly tip. I use that along with a u-joint and a short, 9/16" socket (a 6 point is usually best, less chance of rounding the bolt head). You can also put a floor jack under the tail of the trans, remove the crossmember, and lower the trans some. This gives a better angle to access the top bolts. I've never had to get them from the top. Besides, it's a major PITA to loosen the really tight ones with a piddly wrench. I use all 3/8" drive stuff since it gives you more room. On the really tight ones, I just put a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter on the end of the long extension and use a 1/2" breaker bar and a piece of pipe to break it loose. I've removed a bunch of them using this method, and it's never failed.
