T-10 Tranny serious problem help! clutch drag!

OK short and sweet, well kinda short but not sweet...
Tranny is Borg Warner Super T-10, New Syncros, New P plate, new clutch
Tranny's Problem:
Almost impossible to get into First or second when its warm (driving for about 40+ minutes)
Clutch Drags, I push in clutch (all the way) and put it into first (with MUCH effort) and the car starts rolling forward... slowly...
THEN when i try to take it OUT of first, the tranny wont let go!!! you have to Pull real hard to get it to neutral. same goes for second, but third it is EASIER to shift into and out of, but still not perfect, and 4th is also kinda easy.
REVERSE: when tranny is cold, i get it into reverse by going to 1st THEN real fast the reverse, otherwise it grinds like hell....
BUT WHEN ITS HOT, Its IMPOSSIBLE to get into reverse, tranny simply Grinds like hell. no matter what.
these problems exist only when its been driving perfectly fine for about 30-40 minutes, then SUDDENLY develope. i let the car cool(5-6 hrs.), get back in, problems are solved. till it heats up again.
Iv'e already adjusted the linkage for more clutch throw, and remember i have new syncros and new Pressure plate and alot of new stuff. the tranny was recently rebuilt.
Im thinking the pressure plate dragging, or maybe somthing to do with HEAT??? wtf..
Help? suggestions?
