Looking for a strong 700R4. Who's got the best?

I will be in market in a few weeks for a 700r4 that will last. I plan on building a blown street sbc with around 500-600hp.
What is a good company?

I have heard of a Raptor 700r4 but no body on here seems to have run one.

I have quite a few transmissions out there in the low 12's to the high 10's holding up successfully. I do not see any reason why I cannot help you out here. What type of vehicle is this setup going into? Is this going to be a daily driver or weekend warrior? Do you already have a torque converter for this application?, if not I am a distributor for Continental and Precision Industries torque converters. Give me a call if you are interested, 800 7763288 Mon-Sat 11-7 PST. I use the 1988-1992 700R4's to build from, and I give a year warranty with all my transmissions.
Glad Too Help!!!

Don't go with anyone else but Pro Built. Dana put together a 700R4 for me with only the best parts, including a Trans-Go shift kit. It was built to take up to 650 hp and has withstood the test of time. I'm currently running low 12's. He also gives a one-year warranty with his units, which is unheard of when it comes to a performance transmission.
