Wierd tranny sounds

It sounds the way it does when i broke a transmission mount a couple of months ago... Any ideas? Think i broke another? Will poly mounts fix this?
It only makes a creaking noise under a HEAVY foot

The easiest way to find out if the mount is broke besides jacking up the car is to put it in reverse put your foot on the brake and hit the throttle if your mount is broke the tranny will come up and slap the bottom of the car. Yes if the mount is broke again go to the local part store and get one from Energy Suspinsion, its a poly mount that you will never break. I had to run one in mine and it is standing up to a third gear scratch everyday.

Let me know,
