I am taking out the 200 3 speed and installing a turbo 350, but it dosent have the bracket on the tail shaft.

What about the torque arm now?

B&M's P/N 30299 is a kit that includes a transmission mount and torque arm adapter that lets you use the stock torque arm.

A more expensive alternative is to use something like a Spohn torque arm and crossmember that doesn't bolt to the tailhousing.

The TH350 has no provision for mounting the torque arm bracket. There is no way to "skip" this problem. You either need to buy or fabricate some sort of bracket, replace the torque arm with an aftermarket one that doesn't mount to the transmission, or eliminate the torque arm entirely by converting to a ladder bar or other rear suspension setup. Buying the bracket kit is the simplest and least expensive way.
